8ozSliced Smoked Sockeye Salmon
½CupGoat’s Cheese
Freshly Squeezed Lemon Juice
1Tbspminced Red Onion
1Tbspfinely chopped Capers
1TbspCreamd Horse Radish
1TspWasabi
1TbspChopped Capers
½Baguette or any other bread of your liking
1TbspOlive Oil
1TbspButter

Place bread on Food Processor cut in small pieces and grind until crumbs form.
Heat Olive oil and Butter. Add bread crumbs, horseradish, and wasabi to the pan. Season with salt and pepper to taste, and brown. Cool down.
In a small bowl mix goat’s cheese, minced red onions and a splash of lemon juice.
Place a slice of smoked salmon on a dish. Thinly spread approximately 1 oz of goat’s cheese then firmly make a roll with the salmon, then roll on bread crumbs mix.
Recipe Notes
Note: - You can also substitute bread crumbs with sesame seeds. - For a better presentation, cut the salmon kisses laterally.
