Pre-heat oven 450 degrees.

Combine Cornmeal and Flour and set aside.

Brush baking sheet with butter.

In a bowl, combine Mayo, Egg Yolk, Mustad, Lemon juice, Cilantro, Green Onions, Roasted Red Peppers, and the Lobster and Shrimp meat. Add Salt and Pepper to taste.

Make tablespoon sized balls. Flatten slightly and roll in cornmeal/flour mix. Baste each cake with butter.

Bake 6.5 minutes on each side turning once until crisp.

Serves 6 to 10 depending on size of cakes.
